South Carolina Red Shirts and Patriots
Time has not yet run out on South Carolina’s Immigration Legislation.
H3032, "The Illegal Alien Immigration Reform Act," can still be passed into law this year but time is running out. Please call Governor Mark Sanford at (803) 735-2100 on Monday morning, 17 June, and tell him that it is extremely important to you that he get the bill (H3032) passed and that there is only one way: he must call the legislature into general session until there is a up vote on it. Tell him that he will be loved by millions of South Carolinians for this act of leadership and that he will have your vote for as long as he wants it.
THE SPECIAL INTERESTS HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY TO DEFEAT THESE BILLS. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT SOUTH CAROLINIANS, only their bottom line! Georgia’s anti-illegal immigration law became effective July 1, 2007. If we don’t have our law in place, the illegal immigration invasion into South Carolina will triple. South Carolina already has one of the highest per capita rate of illegal immigrants in the US. If H3032 is enacted, the illegal aliens will leave! No Jobs = Illegals Leave South Carolina! It's called SELF-DEPORTATION!
Dixie!
Burning of Columbia I have issued the attached press release about the “BURNING OF COLUMBIA” event at the State House on Saturday 18 February 2006 from 10:00 to 12:00 noon. I want to encourage y’all to come and bring neighbors, relatives and friends. After the gathering, we will eat at the original Marice’s BBQ and then assemble at the Cayce Southern Patriot Shop to replace our current flag with a recently repaired 20’ X 30’ battle flag.
This event is the beginning of many public gatherings we hope to initiate in the coming months throughout South Carolina to entertain and educate our fellow citizens. We hope to have a sizable number of individuals in attendance in Columbia and to grow this event into our own major conflagration.

PRESS RELEASE BY THE SOUTH CAROLINA LEAGUE OF THE SOUTH 17 JANUARY 2005
The South Carolina League of the South (SCLoS) is here today to bring to the attention of all South Carolinians the despicable actions of the racist NAACP. They promote their agenda of hatred against Southern symbols and the Southern people.
Even though a monument to honor black South Carolinians was erected on state house grounds the NAACP in practicing hatred and discord. They agreed to a compromise worked out by the state legislature to lift their boycott of South Carolina if the Confederate flag was removed from the statehouse dome and placed at the Confederate Monument. The NAACP clearly lied to the legislature and to the people of South Carolina
They continue an illegal secondary boycott against the state of South Carolina while pretending to have a philosophy of caring and inclusion. They refuse to honor their word and demand the removal of a small flag from the Confederate Monument simply because they want to degrade and ridicule others who do not share their agenda. They should be pitied and looked upon as little birdies - all mouth and no body. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
THE LEAGUE OF THE SOUTH NEWS SERVICE
23 JUNE 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE The League of the South, the premier Southern nationalist organization, condemns the U.S. Supreme Court's 23 June decision that allows governments to seize private property for private--instead of public--use. This is a clear violation of the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment and turns the "right of eminent domain" on its head. The court ruled that property owners' homes and businesses--even those not
considered "blighted"--can be taken for private development if the development
in question serves a broadly-defined "public use." This determination will be
made by tax-hungry local governments, and the ruling opens the way for pay-offs
for favors by large and grasping corporations.
LEAGUE OF THE SOUTH NEWS SERVICE 31 MARCH 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE RE: TERRI SCHIAVO DIES
The League of the South, the premier Southern nationalist organization, offers its condolences to the parents of Terri Schiavo in the hour of her death. League President, Dr. Michael Hill noted that “this Judge Greer, hiding behind the so-called ‘right to die’ argument, has committed murder by judicial fiat. I, for one, no longer wish to be part of a nation that treats the life of a helpless young woman with such vile indifference. I hope now that the multitude of ‘God bless America’ signs will come down in favor of the more appropriate plea—‘God help America.’ Terri Schaivo’s blood is on the hands of this regime. I pray that the people will finally see the true nature of the class of men that rules them.” To memorialize the death of Terri Schiavo and to acknowledge the perfidy of the regime that killed her, the League asks everyone join them in a day of prayer and fasting on Friday, 15 April. For further comments, the League can be reached by phone at (800) 888-3163 or by e-mail at jmichhill@cs.com.
END OF RELEASE RESOLUTION, (Final, As Passed, 2-2-04)
Therefore let it be RESOLVED;
That the Greenville County Republican Party opposes any and all efforts to grant an amnesty, legal residency or citizenship, or "guest-worker" program to illegal aliens now residing in the United States.
That the Greenville County Republican Party also opposes any and all efforts to grant driver licenses and non-emergency public services to illegal aliens now residing in the United States in general and the State of South Carolina in particular.
Therefore, we strongly urge that President George W. Bush, Governor Mark Sanford, U.S. Senators Lindsey Graham and Ernest Hollings, Congressman James DeMint, and all members of the Greenville County State legislative delegation, Greenville County Council, and all elected officials in Greenville County, oppose any and all efforts to grant an amnesty or legal residency or citizenship to illegal aliens, to provide driver licenses to illegal aliens, to provide non-emergency public services to illegal aliens, or to provide a "guest-worker" program to illegal aliens now residing in the United States.

STATEMENT FROM THE SOUTH CAROLINA LEAGUE OF THE SOUTH ON THE BIXBY INCIDENT IN ABBEVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA The SCLoS was questioned by various members of the media on our connection with the Bixby family and their involvement in the shooting deaths of two law enforcement officers in Abbeville County, S. C. Inquiries were made to workers at the SCLoS Southern Cultural Centre in Abbeville and to individual members throughout the State. The SCLoS has no connection at all with the Bixby family. They are not now and have never been members of the SCLoS. Like all other reasonable South Carolinians, we decry their use of force in dealing with the matter at hand and we are deeply saddened and offer condolence to the family of the slain officers. The SCLoS believes in working through the political process to change the culture in order to reestablish the Constitutionally protected and God-given rights of our sovereign State and her people. Four simple statements may be used to describe the principles on which the SCLoS is directing its attention. They are:
The only possible reason the media would contact members of the SCLoS with such preposterous questions is that they wish to perpetuate lies spread by the Southern Poverty Law Center of Alabama (SPLC). The SPLC has been discredited as an extremely unreliable source in many articles that have been written about them, including Harper’s Weekly and the Birmingham (AL) newspaper. Through documented facts, the SPLC and Morris Dees has been shown to be disreputable, self - serving, humanist, liberal, and anti – Christian. Most recently, the SPLC has grabbed headlines by being one of the leaders in the fight against the display of the 10 Commandments in the Alabama Supreme Court building, and the subsequent attack on Chief Justice Moore. We also resent the news media referral to anyone who displays Confederate flags or symbols as neo-Confederates. This term is used in an attempt to discredit the SCLoS and others with a wide brush of evil that is applied to neo - Nazis. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

RE: HISPANIC IMMIGRATION GROWING IN SOUTHERN STATES
The League of the South, the premier Southern nationalist Organization, opposes the continued influx of Latino immigrants into the Southern States. The U.S. Census Bureau's latest figures show that the Hispanic population of the South has grown at an alarming rate from 2000 until 2002. Georgia had the largest increase of 16.8%; however, North Carolina (15.7%), Kentucky (13.9%), South Carolina (13.6%), Virginia (13.2%), Alabama (12.7%), Tennessee (11.6%), Florida (11.0%), and Arkansas (10.5%) all witnessed tremendous Hispanic population increases.
Simply put, these 2-year figures ought to be of great concern to Native Southerners. Whether the immigrants are legal or illegal, their increased presence puts a terrible strain on already shaky State budgets. League President Dr. Michael Hill calls the new statistics "particularly disturbing in light of the budgetary crises in all the Southern States." Hill remarked: "Besides taking jobs from blue-collar Southerners and straining our already overburdened State health, education, and law enforcement services, such a large influx of Hispanic immigrants threatens eventually to overtax our natural resources and environment and to transform our cultural and political institutions. If this trend continues, our children and grandchildren will become minorities in the country their ancestors founded."
The League of the South calls on Southern State governments to arrest and deport all illegal aliens within their borders; to immediately cease spending tax money to provide health, education, and other services to illegals; and to pressure the INS and other federal agencies to seal the borders against all Hispanic immigrants--legal or illegal--and enforce existing immigration laws.
Hill noted: "A government that will not protect its people, their lands, and their historic institutions against an illegal invasion has ceased to be a functioning government. We have nothing against Mexicans and other Latinos as long as they stay in their own countries where they belong. The Southern States are our homes and we intend to preserve them for our posterity."

27 AUGUST 2003
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE SPECIAL STATEMENT FROM THE LEAGUE OF THE SOUTH ON THE TEN COMMANDMENTS MONUMENT REMOVAL “The Ten Commandments monument has now been moved from public view and the will of the people of Alabama has been thwarted by a single federal judge. This is the essence of federal judicial tyranny. Judge Roy Moore, in placing a monument of the Ten Commandments in the rotunda of the Alabama Judicial Building in Montgomery, spoke for the great majority of Alabamians who wish to acknowledge the fundamental nature of the Decalogue to our system of law and government. It is our fervent hope that when the Professional Protestors from outside our State (who apparently consider Alabama as a sort of colony to exploit for their photo-op grandstanding) finally leave, that native Alabamians will rally to punish our elected officials—Governor Riley, Attorney General Pryor, and the eight Associate Justices—who betrayed the trust of their fellow citizens. We call upon those Alabamians who still believe in State sovereignty and oppose federal tyranny (and those civil magistrates among our ranks who bow down before it) to unmercifully hound these craven public officials during the remainder of their terms in office and then to send them home at the next election. Politicians always count on the people having short memories. But The League of the South intends to keep this issue alive. Without States Rights, we have no rights at all and are at the mercy of the black-robed usurpers on the federal bench. Because it is the will of the people of our sovereign State that the Ten Commandments monument be publicly displayed in their own building, our objectives from this point forth are 1) to see that it is moved back to its original location, and 2) to make our State elected officials who collaborated with the federal authorities pay the ultimate political price for their actions. This is a matter of principle. It is also a matter of showing real and potential tyrants that the people still control Alabama. Audemus jura nostra defendere!”
END OF RELEASE LEAGUE OF THE SOUTH NEWS SERVICE 12 AUGUST 2003 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE RE: THE TEN COMMANDMENTS MONUMENT, MONTGOMERY The League of the South, the premier Southern nationalist organization, calls upon its members and all other interested persons to meet in Montgomery, Alabama, on Wednesday, 20 August, to oppose the removal of the Ten Commandments monument in the Alabama Judiciary Building. The League's rally will be held on the steps of the State Capitol from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. A press conference will be conducted at the same venue at 3:30 p.m. League President, Dr. Michael Hill, said that "all League members should do their utmost to be in Montgomery for this historic event. Once again, the federal courts have shown themselves to be enemies of the Christian people of Alabama. This is an issue of honoring God's law and upholding States Rights. Therefore, I ask everyone to bring either the Christian flag or the Alabama State flag. Federal judges must be shown that they are not above God's law nor or they to be permitted to claim jurisdiction where they have none. This is Alabama's business and the federal courts should stay out of it." The League also wishes to show its support for Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore, whom it has encouraged to stand fast in keeping the monument at its present location. Hill noted: "We stand ready to exert our rights as citizens of the great and sovereign State of Alabama by all honorable means. As our State motto says: 'We dare defend our rights.' Moreover, we call upon citizens from our neighbor States who honor God's law and wish to defend States Rights against federal usurpation to come and stand with us." FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
RE: THE EMPIRE'S COURT SPEAKS
The League of the South, the premier Southern nationalist organization, condemns the recent Supreme Court decisions on racial preferences and sodomy. Moreover, we condemn the court for allowing the murder of some 40 million children in their mothers' wombs because of their immoral and unconstitutional ruling in Roe v. Wade in 1973.
"We believe," said League President Michael Hill, "that the majority of the Southern people, as Christians, understand that these decisions are perversities that ought not be sanctioned. However, it seems that our people are paralyzed by the futile hope that somehow, if they elect enough conservatives and Republicans to office, things will eventually be set right. But events of the last half century should make clear to them that, as they say, 'it ain't gonna happen.'"
Hill contends that "mainstream conservatism and the GOP are part of the problem. For instance, the sodomite and civil rights agendas have made great strides forward under GOP Presidents such as Eisenhower, Nixon, Reagan, and Bush I and II. Furthermore, none of these men have really done anything to overturn Roe v. Wade."
It is the League's position that Southerners can stem the tide of cultural decline only by separating themselves politically from the American Empire and its corrupting institutions, including the Supreme Court. In a Southern Republic there would be no racial preferences, no sodomite rights movement, no abortion, no gun control, and no rampant legal and illegal Third World immigrant invasion. Instead, Southern laws and institutions would reflect the natural conservative, Christian worldview that once was commonplace among the people of Dixie. Hill noted: "All that is necessary is for Southerners to awaken to the fact that they are not powerless to shape their own future. We must begin to withdraw our consent from the Empire and its godless ideas and actions. May God have mercy on us."
The League may be contacted by phone at (256) 757-6789 or by e-mail at 76071.326@compuserve.com.
